Google Review Removal Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions for review removal services provided by RepCheck. By proceeding with payment or submitting your review details, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms below.

1. The Parties

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between RepCheck, a partnership operated by Misk Medical Pty Ltd (ABN 63 655 936 904) and Milon Mia (ABN 39 618 242 712), referred to herein as the “Service Provider,” and you, as the client, or another service provider.

2. Scope of Services

RepCheck agrees to:

  • Attempt the removal of one or more specified reviews from the Client’s Google Business Profile (GBP), formerly Google My Business (GMB).

  • Use internal methods, escalation strategies, and documentation to maximise the likelihood of successful removal.

3. Timeline and Expectations

  • $250 AUD per successfully removed review

  • $1 AUD authorisation required per review to initiate service

  • The deposit can be paid via card, bank transfer, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayID to +61474 512 325

  • The remaining $250 is only charged upon successful removal

  • By paying the $1 authorisation, the Client authorises RepCheck to direct debit the remaining amount from the nominated account, card or payment method

  • Payment is due immediately after confirmation of successful removal

  • Failure to pay within 7 days may result in a late fee of up to 25% of the total amount

  • Invoices available upon request

4. Timeline and Expectations

  • Review removal typically takes 14 to 60 business days, with a maximum timeline of 90 business days

  • If RepCheck believes a review is close to being removed at the end of the 90-day period, the term may be automatically extended by an additional 30 business days, with written notice to the Client

  • The Client must respond to any information requests within 3 to 5 business days

  • If the Client fails to respond within reasonable timeframe, or fail to communicate otherwise, and that prevents successful removal, RepCheck may still charge the full removal fee at its sole discretion

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Authorise RepCheck to act on behalf of the business with respect to review removal

  • Not attempt to remove the same reviews independently or engage another service during the term of this Agreement

  • Communicate any concerns privately and in good faith before making public complaints

  • Not post defamatory or negative reviews about RepCheck or its representatives

6. Reappearing Review Guarantee

If a successfully removed review reappears within 12 months, RepCheck will reattempt removal at no additional charge

7. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria

  • By authorisation and submitting review details, the Client agrees to this Agreement and all RepCheck terms and conditions

8. Warranties & Limitations

  • RepCheck does not guarantee removal of any specific review

  • The Client understands this is a best-effort service and results depend on Google’s internal review processes

  • RepCheck is not liable for any financial, business, or reputational losses related to negative reviews or failed removals

  • This Agreement does not constitute legal, financial, business, or tax advice

9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions or representations. Any amendments must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.

10. Acknowledgement

By engaging with our services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for payment upon successful removal, including agreement to RepCheck’s payment terms, cooperation requirements, dispute resolution policy, and confidentiality obligations.
